Estimated delivery times within the United States are approximately 3–7 business days depending on the customer’s location and shipping carrier.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate any missing package claims.
